Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has reached 40 million active users worldwide, marking a major milestone for Ubisoft’s Viking-themed entry in the long-running franchise. Released in 2020, the game will celebrate the achievement with the addition of a New Game Plus mode.
The new mode is scheduled to arrive on November 5, 2026. It will let players revisit Eivor’s journey while retaining progress from their previous playthrough, including armor, weapons, equipment, runes and skill points.
The update will also introduce new objectives for dedicated Valhalla players. Among the rewards is a new Master Assassin outfit, described as resembling the clothing worn by Naoe in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
The New Game Plus mode offers another opportunity to return to Valhalla’s version of England and replay its Norse saga. The main story takes more than 60 hours to complete, while side missions and collectibles can push the total playtime beyond 100 hours.
