Attack on Titan 3 has confirmed a runtime of more than 70 hours, positioning it as the most ambitious video game adaptation of Hajime Isayama’s work so far. Developed by Omega Force and published by Koei Tecmo, the title will cover Eren’s story from its beginning through its conclusion, something previous games in the franchise had not done.

The game is scheduled to launch on December 10 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC. Its story will revisit the starting point of the original plot, introducing the dangerous Titans and the human survivors struggling to confront them.

As in earlier entries, the gameplay will focus on action and exploration. Players will use the three-dimensional maneuvering equipment, with the developers promising a freer and refreshed movement system. The title is the third main installment in the series, following A.O.T. Wings of Freedom and A.O.T. 2.

Attack on Titan 3 will also feature an introductory scene produced by MAPPA, the studio responsible for completing the anime adaptation. However, the recovered information indicates that this footage will not be available when the game launches, unless the studio changes its plans.

The game was officially announced during Summer Game Fest 2026. Further details about possible additional story arcs or other narrative changes have not yet been confirmed.
