Final Fantasy XIV: Evercold will launch on February 23, 2027, after moving from its previously announced January window. Early access is scheduled to begin on February 19, and pre-orders open November 4. Square Enix has confirmed a Collector’s Edition and announced a limited Collector’s Box exclusive to its online store.
The Collector’s Box includes a special package featuring artwork by Yoshitaka Amano, a figure depicting the Warrior of Light as a Reaper, an Ethos metal keychain, a K’ttr mini plush and a tapestry of The Fourth. It does not include the game. A Collector’s Bundle will also be available with the collector’s edition and a download code.
The Digital Collector’s Edition adds three in-game items: the Valhallar Odin mount, the Entreat Crystal emote and the Crystal Skyltborg: Bastion weapon.
Pre-orders from selected retailers may include early access, the Halone’s Earring and the Wind-Up K’ttr minion. The earring’s attributes vary according to the character’s current job and level, and it provides a 30% experience bonus for defeating enemies while equipped.
Producer and director Naoki Yoshida recently revealed Zephyr, the second of Evercold’s two new jobs. It is a ranged physical damage dealer that uses a crossbow and receives support from a bird named Nephele.
