Jason Statham and Guy Ritchie are teaming up again for Dogfight, a new feature film announced by Netflix. Set in London’s criminal underworld, the film is described as an action-packed revenge thriller with a stylish twist. Specific plot details have not been revealed.
Ritchie will direct, write and produce the film, with Statham in the lead role. The pair have worked together on several previous projects, including Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Snatch, Revolver, Wrath of Man and Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre.
Filming is planned to take place in the United Kingdom and begin in 2027. The production is not expected to wrap up soon. Statham’s next film, The Beekeeper 2, is scheduled to arrive in theaters on January 15, 2027. Viva La Madness, another upcoming collaboration between Statham and Ritchie, is in post-production and does not yet have a release date.
