Phantom Blade Zero has sold more than 4 million copies in its first 72 hours, according to figures confirmed by S-GAME. The action RPG had already attracted attention for its successful launch, but this is the first official sales figure shared by the developer.
The game was released on October 29 for PC and PlayStation 5. A physical PS5 edition is planned for 2027, with Standard, Deluxe and Ultimate versions. S-GAME thanked players on X for their support and described the response as deeply appreciated.
Phantom Blade Zero has also set a new simultaneous-player record on Steam, reaching 833,921 users. It remains the second most popular game on Valve’s store, according to the information provided.
The Chinese-developed action RPG has become one of the notable releases of 2026 and has entered the discussion surrounding game of the year awards. It is described as a dark-fantasy kungfupunk experience with hack-and-slash combat, and is not classified as a soulslike.
Phantom Blade Zero is developed by S-Game and published by Cruel Man Studio for PC and PlayStation 5.
