Remedy Entertainment’s revenue rose 226% between June and September 2026 compared with the same period a year earlier. The Finnish studio said it earned €39.6 million in the third quarter and made a profit of €600,000, compared with a €16.4 million loss in the corresponding quarter last year.

The results follow the launch of Control-resonant/">Control Resonant on September 24. Remedy described it as the company’s fastest-selling game to date; it passed one million units sold within three weeks. Nearly half of those sales came from the United States, with China the second-largest market and the United Kingdom third.

CEO Jean-Charles Gaudechon called the quarter a decisive milestone for the company. He said Remedy wants to bring Control Resonant to more players and that the studio’s first action RPG has laid foundations for growth as it works on other projects.

Gaudechon also said the new game has attracted players who had not played the original Control. Sales of that earlier title increased during the quarter compared with the first half of 2026. Remedy’s only announced game project is the Max Payne 1 & 2 Remake, which it is developing for Rockstar Games.
