Goichi “Suda51” Suda is considering projects that would revisit both No More Heroes and Moonlight Syndrome, an early game he made while working at Human Entertainment. In an interview with Japanese magazine Famitsu, the Grasshopper Manufacture founder said he has several ideas for what to work on next, including returning to Moonlight Syndrome.

Suda described the 1997 PlayStation game as the starting point of his career. He said it was followed by The Silver Case, Flower, Sun and Rain, and Killer7. Moonlight Syndrome was never officially released outside Japan, according to the report.

Suda also said he wants to explore the darker, more serious and chaotic ideas associated with Grasshopper’s earlier work. He noted that No More Heroes may have led people to see the studio primarily as a maker of flashy action games.

With No More Heroes approaching its 20th anniversary next year, Suda said he would like to do something to mark the occasion. He added that Travis Touchdown would return, though he did not provide details about what form the anniversary project might take.
