Filming for The Batman 2 has come to a halt once again after a member of the production crew sustained injuries in an on-set accident. According to reports from The Sun, the incident occurred during the shooting of an ambitious chase scene involving the Batmobile, where events did not unfold as planned.

Sources close to the production described the situation as having gone "horrribly wrong," resulting in a crew member being injured. Witnesses at the location stated that the Batmobile struck someone, prompting an immediate stoppage of filming activities following the event.

This latest disruption arrives just weeks after director Matt Reeves stepped away from the project for personal reasons, which had previously caused a suspension of work. Production had recently resumed with Steven Soderbergh joining to assist in filming the final scenes, but this new accident has interrupted progress once more.

Compounding the challenges for those involved, a company responsible for special effects and masks used in The Batman 2 has inadvertently revealed plot details and casting information. Behind-the-scenes images captured various masks and boxes labeled with names such as Zsasz, Owl 3, and Koch.

These leaks have sparked speculation that Sebastian Stan will portray Victor Zsasz, while another mask suggests Brian Tyree Henry may play Two-Face. Additionally, a box marked "Owl 3" appears to confirm the inclusion of the Court of Owls as a major challenge for Batman in the upcoming film.
