Ubisoft is reportedly one of three companies interested in acquiring Arkane Studios, the developer working on Marvel’s Blade. The studio is seeking a buyer to avoid closure by Microsoft, according to a report by Bloomberg journalist Jason Schreier.
The report says Ubisoft Entertainment SA has made an offer to Microsoft. The other two potential buyers have not been identified; sources reportedly asked Schreier to keep their names confidential.
No acquisition has been confirmed, and the outcome of the talks remains unknown.
