Avengers: Endgame Encore, an extended version of the 2019 film that screened in cinemas in September, appears to be heading to Disney+. Several subscribers found its page in the Disney+ iOS app, where information about the title is already listed.
The page’s appearance suggests the film is on Disney+’s servers and could be made available when the company chooses. However, Disney has not confirmed a streaming release date.
The theatrical version of Endgame Encore included new scenes that the Russo brothers described as an important bridge to Avengers: Doomsday. The extended film reportedly earned more than $142 million in cinemas.
With Avengers: Doomsday scheduled to arrive in cinemas on December 18, the report suggests Endgame Encore could reach Disney+ weeks beforehand, potentially in November. That timing has not been confirmed by Disney.
