Bend Studio has reportedly been working on a new project that could be officially revealed in 2027. The studio has not released a new game since Days Gone launched in 2019, and its next project is said to be substantially different from that title.

According to anonymous sources cited by MP1st, the upcoming game will be a third-person action title featuring a cooperative mode. The same information indicates that it will not follow the Live-service model.

The project is also reportedly not Days Gone 2. Players should not expect the return of Deacon St. John, as Bend Studio is said to be pursuing a different idea.

Although the announcement is supposedly planned for 2027, development is described as being at an advanced stage. The team is reportedly targeting a release during the same year.
