The Spanish Association of Video Game Publishers (AEVI) has published the weekly sales figures for the period between October 19 and October 25, 2026. The data distinguishes between physical-only sales and a combined total that includes both physical and digital units. In the combined rankings, EA Sports FC 27 remained unbeatable, securing first place with 19,896 copies sold.
Final Fantasy Resonance achieved a powerful debut in Spain, finishing in second position with 12,114 units sold. This performance allowed the title to overtake Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, which recorded 11,603 combined sales. Both Final Fantasy Resonance and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 were released during this specific week, marking a notable achievement for a classic-style RPG to outperform a major industry franchise in the combined metrics.
The rankings shift significantly when analyzing only physical format sales. In this category, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 led the market with 9,846 units sold. Final Fantasy Resonance took second place with 7,038 physical copies, while EA Sports FC 27 dropped to third position with 6,826 units in the retail-only list.
