Fortnite may add finishing moves for downed players, leak suggests

Fortnite may introduce finishing moves that players can use against opponents they have knocked down, according to information shared by well-known Fortnite leaker HYPEX. Epic Games has not officially confirmed the reported feature.

HYPEX says both players would be locked into a synchronized animation when a move is performed, and that multiple animations could be added. The leak also mentions quests called “Finish Downed Players,” which would give players an objective tied to using the moves.

The report does not specify when the animations or quests might arrive, or whether the moves would be available as cosmetics.
