Steven Ogg, known for portraying Trevor in Grand Theft Auto V, appears to have changed his mind about playing the next installment in Rockstar’s series. Although he said last year that he had no plans to play Grand Theft Auto VI, he now seems interested in trying it when it launches on November 19.
Ogg has avoided playing GTA V for almost 13 years. However, he recently began appearing on livestreams with Ned Luke, the actor who played Michael, as Luke plays through the game from beginning to end.
During one of their latest streams, Ogg suggested continuing the idea with the new game after its release. He said GTA 6 would obviously be “very different” and added that discussing its animation could be entertaining.
Luke agreed with the proposal and explained that he wants to finish GTA V before GTA 6 arrives, allowing the channel to move naturally from one game to the other. Ogg also said he was curious to see the new game’s characters and actors and compare them with those from GTA V.
Grand Theft Auto VI will be released for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on November 19. The game will be set in Vice City and will follow Jason and Lucia, a pair of criminals who serve as its main playable protagonists. The physical edition will contain a download code rather than a disc.
