Tripwire Presents is expanding its publishing business to support smaller independent developers and their self-published games. The program is open to titles at different stages, from pre-release through early access and post-launch.

Tripwire says it can provide cross-promotion, support with platform relationships, commercial strategy, public relations, content creators and events. It will also offer guidance on pricing, discounts and managing a game over its lifecycle. The company described its partnerships as flexible and developer-friendly, but did not disclose their commercial terms.

“Tripwire Presents is starting this new program to give additional visibility to great self-published indie games that we feel Tripwire fans will absolutely love,” said Bryan West, publishing director at Tripwire Presents. He added that the titles come from developers who have handled both creating and promoting their games themselves.

Five games are leading the initiative: The Boss Gangster: Criminal Empire by BEF Games; Starforged Legacy, a roguelike bullet hell from Second Shift Games; Mars Attracts, a park management game by Outlier Games; One-Eyed Likho, a folk horror adventure from Morteshka, the developer of Black Book; and Eslabong, a tactical strategy game combining mercenary and club management from shirowita.
