Rockstar Games has moved up the digital preload date for Grand Theft Auto 6 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles. Downloads will begin on November 10, two days earlier than the previously scheduled November 12 date. The game will remain locked until its official release on November 19, for both the Standard and Ultimate editions.

On PS5, the preload is scheduled to start at midnight on November 10 in each player’s local time zone. On Xbox Series, it will begin worldwide at 12:00 a.m. GMT on November 10, which is 1:00 a.m. in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands and midnight in the Canary Islands.

For Xbox players in other Spanish-speaking regions, the listed start times are 8:00 p.m. on November 9 in Argentina and Uruguay; 7:00 p.m. in Chile, Venezuela, Bolivia, Paraguay, Cuba, the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico; 6:00 p.m. in Colombia, Peru, Ecuador and Panama; and 5:00 p.m. in Central Mexico, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua. The corresponding times in the United States are 7:00 p.m. on the East Coast, 6:00 p.m. in the Central time zone and 4:00 p.m. on the West Coast, all on November 9. Equatorial Guinea’s preload is set for midnight on November 10.

The boxed editions for both consoles are still scheduled for November 12, when Rockstar says they should be available for in-store pickup. The company has also said that a physical map of Leonida will be available through its official store, alongside a poster and map that players can download and print.
